Anna Cooper
My way into the Financial Services industry wasn’t the normal route that most brokers take. After doing a Master’s in business management specializing in hospitality and tourism, I decided to go and work in an Estate Agents!
I always had a love for property and finance, so I coupled this with my service industry education , where my passion for a great client experience serves me well. I think my education was not totally wasted as through one of my many course placements I did meet my husband!
I learned a so much from a great family run Independent estate agency about teamwork and client service ,where the focus on helping people find their dream home really suited both my skillset and personality.
Out of the blue, I was approached with an opportunity in wholesale retail, which gave me the chance to run my own business and use my existing skillset and help me learn new ones. It was a great experience and although the hours were long, the sense of ownership was fantastic. I was made an offer I could not refuse and sold my share of the business, as I wanted a new challenge. I thought I would go back to the Estate agency world but having already had Financial Service experience , decided that was the path I wanted to follow.
To further my development, I took a role as a Broker Support Advisor with a Top 5 National lender. That gave me greater insight into the mechanics of lenders and how the industry looked from the inside. Two years later, I had joined a local mortgage brokerage to further hone my skills.
I established NEST, as I wanted to offer an Independent , whole of market , personalised service . This ethos is at the centre of my companies culture ‘ Where Clients Come First ‘.
I still have the travelling bug and now get to share my holidays with a very understanding and supportive husband. I was lucky enough to play sport at a National level, so have visited many of the world’s greatest cities, so our holidays now tend to be relaxing, sun worshipping kind! I am a great dog lover and love walking in the forest and at the seaside with my crazy spaniel Milo, where I can disappear into the nature.

Razia Morris
I have worked in Financial Services for over 20 years where I have held various positions. I started as a Customer Service Consultant, before working my way up to become a highly successful Financial Advisor and Protection Specialist. My role as a Protection Specialist has been the most enjoyable role in my career. I am easy going, a great listener, and I love talking to people and getting to know them. Helping you achieve your financial goals and aspirations is the most satisfying part of my role.
I am passionate about finding the perfect solution to each of my customers’ needs and requirements. For me, there is nothing more reassuring than having the peace of mind that, whatever happens in your life, your family and your home will be protected. Money worries should be the least of your concerns!

Monika Bajerowicz
Monika brings a diverse and robust background to her role as our Mortgage and Protection Administration Manager at NEST. With extensive experience across various fields where customer service and administrative expertise were paramount, Monika has consistently demonstrated her skills in demanding roles requiring high levels of responsibility and confidentiality.
Monika holds a Master's Degree in Pedagogy, with specializations in Education, Media Education, Computer Science, and Information Technology. Her academic achievements are complemented by her qualifications as a teacher and her success as a business owner, showcasing her ability to lead and educate.
Recognized for her comprehensive knowledge and experience, Monika was introduced to the financial industry by Ania, her mentor at NEST. Together, they share a commitment to excellence and a friendly, approachable work ethos that resonates throughout our team.
Beyond her professional life, Monika is an active individual with a deep love for her family and a passion for travel. Being part of NEST is a source of pride and joy for her, as she contributes to our mission of providing outstanding service and support to our clients.

About Our Mortgage Administrator
Patryk Halikowski
Patryk Halikowski is currently training as an administrator to then step up to be a mortgage broker. His journey into the financial sector is driven by a desire for practical knowledge and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals. Unlike many of his peers who pursued traditional university paths, Patryk chose experience as his teacher after completing his A-levels.
His career began in retail, however, following on from conversations with Ania (our Founder) over a year ago, he felt his true calling lay in the financial sector. This led him to a role at Nationwide Building Society in Dedicated Broker Support, where he quickly developed a deep understanding of mortgages and the importance of customer-centric service.
Patryk's eagerness to make a meaningful impact in the lives of customers has solidified his decision to focus on the mortgage field. He is committed to growing his expertise at NEST, where he believes he can best evolve his career and contribute to the company's success.
In his personal life, Patryk is an avid movie watcher, often pairing a good film with tasty snacks. Additionally, Patryk enjoys outdoor activities like surfing and snorkelling along the stunning Jurassic coast, whenever the sun makes an appearance. Recently, he has taken up bouldering at his local climbing gym and is gradually building up the courage for outdoor lead climbing.
Looking ahead, Patryk is excited to further his knowledge of the mortgage industry and help people navigate their financial journeys, aiming to become not just a broker, but a trusted advisor in the mortgage world.

Alana Morris
Alana Morris joins the NEST team with a background in administrative services from her rewarding year-long internship at NHS England. Currently completing her final year at university, she balances her academic pursuits with her role at NEST, where she ensures all client interactions are managed with efficienty and care.
Alana is committed to providing excellent support that enhances client experiences and outcomes. Her passion for helping clients and her meticulous attention to detail make her a vital part of our team.
In her spare time, Alana enjoys reading, traveling, and unwinding with true-crime documentaries, enriching her knowledge and perspective which she brings into her professional life.

I wanted to pass on a review to Nest Mortgages. The service Is compeltely outstanding compared to most lenders/ brokers I have used in the past. I met Ania many years ago and recently in the last 3 years used her for my own mortgages.
