At NEST we understand that it is not about us, but about you - The Client and aim to provide you a service that reflects our expertise for the entire mortgage journey.
Whatever the type of mortgage you are looking for, we will make the process as simple and as stress free as we can, giving you complete confidence in our advice and professionalism throughout the process.
We are independent and will base our comprehensive advice on a whole range of lenders and providers. Some you have heard of and some, who may be new to you, so we can offer some exclusive and semi exclusive products not available from the high street or comparison websites. We will guide you through the mortgage ‘maze’ by dealing with all the interested parties, as well as supplying you with professional solutions for your side of the transaction.

Founder and Mortgage Adviser
My way into the Financial Services industry wasn't the normal route that most brokers take. After doing a Master's in business management specializing in hospitality and tourism, I decided to go and work in an Estate Agents! I always had a love for property and finance, so I coupled this with my service industry education, where my passion for a great client experience serves me well. I learned so much from a great family run Independent estate agency about teamwork and client service, where the focus on helping people find their dream home really suited both my skillset and personality. To further my development, I took a role as a Broker Support Advisor with a Top 5 National lender, which gave me greater insight into the mechanics of lenders and how the industry looked from the inside. Two years later, I had joined a local mortgage brokerage to further hone my skills. I established NEST, as I wanted to offer an Independent, whole of market, personalised service. This ethos is at the centre of my company's culture — 'Where Clients Come First'. I am a great dog lover and love walking in the forest and at the seaside with my crazy spaniel Milo, where I can disappear into nature.
Client Relationship Manager
Tim brings over 11 years of experience in financial services, including time with Lloyds Banking Group, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service, relationship management, and general insurance. He is passionate about helping people make confident decisions and believes that great client relationships are built on trust, transparency, and a genuinely personal approach. Tim is excited to be joining forces with Ania, Founder of NEST, and looks forward to working side by side to grow the business, support clients, and help shape NEST's future success. Outside of work, Tim is a lifelong AFC Bournemouth supporter and has been a passionate fan since birth. He also enjoys discovering Michelin-starred restaurants, practising cardistry, and watching close-up magic.
Protection Specialist and Mortgage Adviser
I have worked in Financial Services for over 20 years where I have held various positions. I started as a Customer Service Consultant, before working my way up to become a highly successful Financial Advisor and Protection Specialist. My role as a Protection Specialist has been the most enjoyable role in my career. I am easy going, a great listener, and I love talking to people and getting to know them. I am passionate about finding the perfect solution to each of my customers' needs and requirements. For me, there is nothing more reassuring than having the peace of mind that, whatever happens in your life, your family and your home will be protected.
Mortgage & Protection Administration Manager
Monika brings a diverse and robust background to her role as our Mortgage and Protection Administration Manager at NEST. Monika holds a Master's Degree in Pedagogy, with specializations in Education, Media Education, Computer Science, and Information Technology. Her academic achievements are complemented by her qualifications as a teacher and her success as a business owner. Recognized for her comprehensive knowledge and experience, Monika was introduced to the financial industry by Ania, her mentor at NEST. Beyond her professional life, Monika is an active individual with a deep love for her family and a passion for travel.
Protection Administrator
Alana Morris joins the NEST team with a background in administrative services from her rewarding year-long internship at NHS England. Currently completing her final year at university, she balances her academic pursuits with her role at NEST, where she ensures all client interactions are managed with efficiency and care. In her spare time, Alana enjoys reading, traveling, and unwinding with true-crime documentaries.
